I've just started again, trust me, 2 days into it my thighs and butt are sooo sore! Pretty sure results will come from this! Add me as a friend if you decide to start doing it! I'll be posting result pics when I'm done :)

Such a hard question! Uhm, I'm going to say Jillian Michael's Ripped In 30, Love the variety of moves, never see any twice in ANY of the 4 dvds! :) She's fantastic at getting results fast! :)
