Thanks everyone for your responses! The reason as to why I wanna run with my boyfriend is to encourage each other and something for us to do together after work. I believe I'm going to try the C25K app and hope it works! :) Thanks everyone again!!!

I've seen some results photos and people seem to get pretty lean muscle! Maybe do the Gamma circuit aswell? That's all strength training I believe :) I'm currently doing T25.

I haven't done any. But I'm about to start Focus T25 and can't wait! :) You'll build some lean muscle with it with the 'beta and gamma' phase, alpha uses no equiptment. I've seen great progress photos from people though! They're lossing inches around their waist!

It's great, you feel it in your legs and butt. But you can't spot reduce fat unfortunately. You're going to have to lower your bf% to get what you're aiming for.

I've only done Insanity, but I've heard about BR and thought about it . :) Anyway, I say Insanity, due to the fact Im doing it and love it! :D

I have RI30 and 6w6p. I would say RI30. Workouts are new and fresh each level, I got bored with 6w6p, I don't like level 2. :/ RI30 gave me some awesome abs too. :)

Oh yes! My calves were the most sore part on my body! Cardio recovery was the best at stretching them out then I was great to go Friday and Saturday! :)

Plyometric Cardio today! Ehh! I feel a cold coming on! My throat is sore! :( This happened EVERYTIME I start a new workout and wanna complete it! Grr!
