Who's done Insanity the Asylum?!?!

    I have done Asylum Vol 1 and Vol 2. I absolutely love them. Much more of a full body workout than Insanity but just as intense. I personally prefer Vol 2 but Vol 1 is still awesome. My first round I lost 6lbs and toned quite a bit. Currently I am not following a schedule but switch up between Vol1 and Vol 2.
