Red peppers, courgettes, aubergine, mushrooms, onions, cut into chunks. Place in roasting tin. Sprinkle with chilli powder and smoked paprika. Drizzle with olive oil. Put into pre-warmed oven at 180 degrees C for about 20 mins - enjoy! :happy:

I have been amazed by the way cauliflower can be substituted for carbs. Grated and lightly steamed or microwaved with a tablespoon of water is terrific instead of rice or pasta and yes - it is filling! I couldn't agree more! I've had 5 as well aged from 10yrs to 29yrs. Stretch marks are a beautiful part of being a woman. I'm just happy to concentrate on losing the fat underneath 'em :smile:

I agree - drink the good stuff, but less often and you appreciate it more, lose weight and consume less units which has got to be better for you. :)
