Is your goal weight too low?
Having worked out my goal weight by BMI before I joined MFP, I have now recalculated by percentage of body fat and have found that my original ideal weight is a bit low. I would be very interested to see your views on this.

Hi All! How are we all doing? Staying positive? This challenge has certainly made me think about my water intake and keeps me motivated for the exercise. Has it had the same effect on you?

How is everyone doing? I thought 9lbs would be a doddle in 7 weeks when I started but it's proving to be hard! Especially after starting the 30 day shred. I'll just keep at it and see what the results are after the seven weeks - they'll still be an improvement compared to when I began :smile:

Be positive!
I am concerned by a few attacking and negative posts i have seen which can be quite damaging to some people. I believe we are here to support each other and keep positive! Life throws enough problems at us without finding it on MFP. How do you feel?
