How is everyone doing?
I thought 9lbs would be a doddle in 7 weeks when I started but it's proving to be hard! Especially after starting the 30 day shred. I'll just keep at it and see what the results are after the seven weeks - they'll still be an improvement compared to when I began

I thought I might struggle to lose 9lb in 7 weeks but I have already lost between 6 and 7, you will be ok just stay positive it can be done0 -

Wow ! That's terrific!
I lost 3-4lbs a week when I first started MFP which I think gave me false hope when I started this challenge.

I think we all like seeing the numbers going down. I feel so much better and healthier since starting on here. I have made lots of little changes and the results are there.0
