I've been in a self-sabotaging downward spiral since Thursday. I was -600 calories after an unplanned lunch out, followed by fro-yo. Me too! I'm 5'4" 133lb. My calories are set to maintenance. I try to leave a little deficit when I can. I'm trying to lose a little more belly fat. But I find that most days I'm hungry and eat around 1800-2400 calories per day.
