@marjanet- Congrats on SuperNova, you rock!!!!! And achieving your water goal!!!!

I think you would see results eating just slightly below maintenance (250 calorie deficit) and strength training.

3/29- Green- yes Blue- Yes 3/30- Green- yes Blue- Yes Not the healthiest weekend I've had. But it looks like I made my goal of 24 days green. I feel a difference by not eating out as much and decreasing processed food. I wouldn't call it "clean eating" but better eating. I think I get re-measured at bootcamp this week. I'm…

I don't think you are eating enough to fuel your body for all the exercise you do. There is no way 1400 should be your maintenance calories. You look very muscular. Are you measuring your food with a scale? I would recommend calculating your TDEE and don't be afraid to be honest with your activity level. (Very active) Once…

What a great post. I'm excited to follow your progress!

3/25- Green-yes Blue- yes Not a great food day at all for me. I over slept for work. Skipped my breakfast. Fell victim to a cookie and a piece of cake at a staff meeting at 8pm. Had a baked potato and not a whole lotta protein for dinner. I was just all out of whack! *****************spreadsheet updated******************

Awe, thanks Dave. I've gotta new slogan. "Move your @ss and the rest will follow". You may borrow it and use it as you wish!

I think you need to eat more, way more. I eat 1700-2000 per day.

3/19- Yes to green and blue I have been able to create a pretty good deficit off my maintenance calories the past couple days due to some good exercise sessions. Now it's time to work some hours and that is when I struggle. Welcome back k80flec- I've got you all caught up. Sounds like your red days were well worth it.…

Me! I started at 154 and am 134. If you are stalling out, I recommend changing your goals to 0.5lb per week loss and net a little higher. I also recommend starting strength training or body weight exercises. I go to a women's only boot camp and love it.

All my walking, boot camp and Zumba classes have given me the endurance. However, my legs are feeling it now. After the race…
