I just love this thread! I took this photo today. I'm 5'4", 135lb. I think I'm average. I have lost 20lbs this past year. I have went from having rolls to having curves and I'm loving the muscles too. I've upped my calories along the way and eat slightly under maintenance.

I wore Brooks Pure Cadence. When I wore them out, I now wear Brooks Pure Connect. Both pairs are lightweight, but supportive/plenty of cushion.

What if you set a goal for yourself to log every day (even if you go over your calories) for 90 days? Set some exercise or fitness goals to distract you from the scale. Do this for your health and the improvement in your appearance will be a bonus. I walk 3-5 miles per day. Thank you fitbit. I do zumba classes and bootcamp…

I know it's hard but try to think of this as a lifestyle change. It might take a long time to see results that you want. I have been at this for almost a year, near daily logging. If you set up your account to lose weight (1lb or 2lb per week) the deficit is already built in so no need to be under by 500 calories. Invest in a food scale so you can log as accurately as possible.
