  • Ahhh, that sucks sweetie. However, NO ONE takes a good license picture....lol There is a few lucky ones out there, but I'd say the norm is pretty bad. I bet if you googled "bad license pics" you would end up feeling better. Hang in there...you won't remember this in ten years :)

  • I am 5'9" and my ideal weight is 145-150. I got down to 142 one and that was pretty small. I like a litlle cushion, so 145-150 works for me.

  • 5'9" here. I good weight for me is 150. Any less and i start to look to skinny for my taste. I am starting at like 165, so I only need to get down 15 lbs or so, butttt I had a baby about a year and a half ago and that left me not only with a different body shape but with flab. So off I go! God luck...and I have no friends…
  • I personally discourage the use of the word diet. That is why a program like this works, because it's not asking you to do anything but eat healthier and move. No diet tricks here :) Slow and steady wins the race :)
  • Here is my default...salmon....spray a glass baking pan with pam and place the fillet in it. Mix in a bowl (I use a big plastic cup) 1/2 c. water and one packet of dry itailian seasoning. Pour that over the filet. Pour one can of mushrooms over the top of that. Cover with foil and bake for 15 mins at 350, take the foil off…
