Best tasting by far is NOW Sports Natural Unflavored Whey Isolate. Add Blueberries & Stevia if needed.

Forget noodles! Eat meat, cheese, coconut oil, almond butter, Kerry Gold butter, pork skins, eggs, bacon....
-
Doubtful you are actually burning 2000 cal/s day. Half that....maybe.....
-
Easy - not really a deficit. You are eating more than you think, and/or burning less than you think.

The more carbs you eat, the less fat you will burn. Better macros would be 18c/22p/60f.

Carbs are sugar. So, to answer your question, purely for WEIGHT loss, it's calories that matter. However, for FAT loss, carbs come into play. The more carbs you eat, the less FAT you will burn. Pure Science. So, it depends on what kind of weight you really want to lose. (fat, water/muscle)

Yes, I agree! :)
-
18c/22p/60f.

Strength 80%, cardio 20%.
-
18/22/60. Begin!
-
Boiled sweet potatoes. ..yes.
-
Low carb, moderate protein, high healthy fats is best. Set macros 18c/22p/60f to start. High protein is counter productive as a good chunk of it is converted to sugar.

Doesn't surprise me. Slenda is chlorine. Something NOT to be ingested!

Keep carbs below 100 grams\day, unless doing Keto (Then less than 40). :)
-
The only carbs to subtract are the insoluble ones. If you want to try to figure that out constantly - go for it. I prefer to not subtract them.
-
Yes - it can get you into trouble! :)
-
Too much cardio. Start pumping iron! :)
-
Yes - most Keto folks use it! :)
-
1870 good. Cut back on cardio. Start pumping iron.
-
Yep - don't work out in the evening. Morning is best!
-
Too much Protein, too much Carbs (keep below 100 grams/day). Try 18/22/60.
-
Keep carbs below 100 grams/day max.
-
Some that wander ARE lost...... ;)
-
Yeh - I can't believe it takes another 3 weeks to get back after a slip. Doesn't make sense. I can see a day or two, maybe......
-
I think drifting back and forth between 5-50 grams/day and 50-99 grams/day is a good long term strategy. That way. even a "High" carb day, is still a "Low-carb " day! ;)

Life Extension Foundation lef.org has a very good 2-capsule a day formula. It contains the more absorbable forms of the vitamins, not the cheap synthetics in most one-a-days. Good stuff! :)
-
Pick your self up! Try again! ;)
-
Yep - time for you to read some books. Keeping carbs under 100 grams/day for sure, and yes, you need lot's of healthy fats! Try macros 18c/22p/60f to start.
