Keep carbs below 100/day. 230 is deep in the fat storage zone. :)
-
NEVER do a cheat DAY! Only do a weekly cheat MEAL. :)
-
HIIT is good, but don't overdo it like many. Once, maybe twice/week is plenty. Pump iron twice a week also.
-
It can slow down FAT loss.
-
Just started it. Start with a teaspoon a day. Takes a little getting used to.
-
If you are a fat burner, you ll burn fat, if you are a sugar burner you ll burn muscle/sugar.
-
Yep, there's much more to it.
-
Low carb, moderate protein, high fat much better.
-
Use grass-fed butter, like KerryGold. Healthy omega 3's instead of inflammatory omega 6's.

I have found that MFP overestimates calories burned, and underestimates calories consumed - a double whammy. If you print out your report, then take the totals of each of the 3 macros, multiply carbs and protein by 4, and fat by 9, then add them together, the actual total you get will be approx. 100 calories more than what…

I'll be doing the same thing next month in Disney California. I plan to take several bottles of NOW MCT capsules to provide most of my fat (calories). :)
-
Don't eat McDonalds hamburgers loaded with hormones, antibiotics, and inflammatory Omega 6's. Eat only Grass-fed beef, which you can buy at most grocery stores now.
-
Started with that - it's a good start, but then progressed to the Rosedale Diet, an even healthier low carb, high fat diet.
-
iifym is too loose - not always healthy. Stick to unprocessed organic whole foods, which is always healthy. :)
-
Too much insoluble fiber! Cut back! :)
-
SImple fix - Take magnesium citrate capsule twice a day, morning and night. Might even want to start with 3/day to help get thngs moving quicker! :)
-
You can lose weight, but won't lose much fat. ;)
-
They are both good in different ways. Coconut oil is anti-viral, and anti-bacterial, MCT oil cannot be stored as fat, and it provides immediate energy similar to carbs (but is not a carb)!
-
Cut carbs, cut hunger. Start by keeping below 100 grams a day.
-
Set macros 18c/22p/60f.
-
Follow The Rosedale Diet. You'll be able to greatly reduce your meds! :)
-
My guess is you are overestimating your calories burned. 1500 unlikely.
-
Nope - low carb. moderate protein, and high fat, is the ticket! :)
-
Bacon and eggs. Just do it! ;)
-
Grapes are the worst as far as high sugar. Instead do 1/4 cup blueberries.
-
That's a lot of carbs AND Protein. Best to keep them each around 100.
-
Reduce protein to 25%. 30% is too high, as much will convert to glycogen and be stored as fat.
-
Start with 1 tblsp/day, and work up to 3, and/or mix half&half with coconut oil.
