Fruit sugar is actually worse. It contains Fructose, which is immediately stored as fat in the Liver. Stick to berries when it comes to fruit, and eat in small amounts only.

Most "Olive Oil" now on the shelves is watered down with Pro-inflammatory vegetable oil. Best to use Macadamia nut oil instead.

Well, fruit and yogurt are mostly sugar. You would be much better off with green drinks. Use celery, a small amount of berries, and add a good green powder like ORAC Energy.

Starvation mode doesn't occur until your percent of Body Fat gets below about 5%. Few people reach this unless they have been actually starving for a VERY LONG time. Read up on the Minnesota Starvation Experiment.

230 carbs will keep you fat for sure! There are many good books that explain this. All of them recommend staying below 100 grams/day to maintain fat-burning.
