Yep - keeping carbs under 100 grams/day will help greatly.

Try reducing carbs, keeping below 100 grams/day.

I like it. Nice to set different goals based on day of the week. :)
-
Yes - we all do it. Yes, I put MCT in my bulletproof coffee each morning, and also in every meal's green drink.

35-40 mins, twice a week is plenty! :)

Hard to beat, for the price. $99/year. Other gyms run $350-$550/year.
-
Less carbs.
-
Go to the gym after you wake up, rather than before bed. :)

Cucumbers, Broccoli...

Avoiding Dairy...let's see...Hormones, Antibiotics, pus..... yep, good idea!!! Many good reasons to avoid, and most folks don't know this. ;)

If done properly - it works every time.

2,137 calories per day probably safest bet! :)

Insufficient data. Specify Height, weight, % Bodyfat, and reduce goal to 1 lb/week.

Yes, the higher carb days can set you up for a binge. Tread carefully......

Keep carbs below 100 grams/day, and Protein below 100 grams/day. Anything higher puts you in the FAT STORAGE zone! :)

It comes down to: "Do you want to lose FAT, or do you want to just lose weight (Muscle/water)". If fat loss is your primary goal, then CARBS matter! Cut'em!!!

Excellent!!!

Yikes! If you were doing low carb AND low fat at same time, you must have been eating massive amounts of protein! Not good. Be sure to keep your protein in the .7 to 1 gram per pound of Lean Body Mass, per day.

Yep - 20% is a lot!

Any time you consume alcohol, your body's fat burning process comes to a halt for 48-72 hours. A very high price to pay if you are trying to lose fat. Your liver works overtime to clear the toxin, and until that is complete, the Liver will not burn fat.

Drink it in the first 20-30 mins after workout for sure. Have another 15-20 grams with each meal.

BMI charts are highly inaccurate because they do not take into account your Body Fat Percentage, which is a far better indicator of health.
-
Drop your carb range another 20 grams (raise fats to compensate).

Primal Blueprint is excellent. I probably follow it, for the most part. Read Mark's book, and visit his website. http://www.marksdailyapple.com/

Gotta get your Body Fat percent down to 10% or less. You've got to lose the fat (as opposed to weight). Start by keeping carbs under 100 grams/day. That will help allow your body to burn more fat.

Since cancer thrives on sugars, anything you can do to starve it will help your immune system a bunch!

If you are eating high carb/high fat, then you are correct - you'll get fat. If you are truly eating low carb, then high fat will simply just get burned and not be a problem. They are in inverse. You either gotta do low carb/high fat, or high carb/low fat. The latter will eventually catch up with you health wise causing…

Your are probably only burning half what you think. Estimates are always at lease doubled.
-
Your goal then is to get your percent of Body Fat below 10%. Gotta cut carbs. Start by keeping under 100 grams/day.

Real goal should be to lose fat. Reducing carbs to under 100 grams/day will help will that.
