What's your TDEE?
How many calories are you consuming?
You should be eating between your BMR and your TDEE in order to lose weight? If you're losing, and you're eating enough to feel strong and healthy (not weak and deprived) you're probably doing fine.0 -
Your are probably only burning half what you think. Estimates are always at lease doubled.0
