BTW - saturated fats from coconut oil and KerryGold butter are the healthiest for you. Most unsaturated fats contain unhealthy omega-6's that are easily oxidized. ;)

Almonds are OK, don't do peanut butter because of the aflatoxin/cancer link. Macadamia nuts are best. KerryGold Grass-fed butter is tops! :)

The 1 gram should be per pound LEAN BODY MASS. If you weigh 100 lbs, and are 20% fat, then 80 lbs is your LBM, and that's what you use to calculate protein requirement. ie: 80 grams protein/day.

Weights should be priority, with cardio secondary if you have time. Building muscle burns calories 24/7 - cardio doesn't. :)
