Need help loosing my last 2 stone .

Hi I was 17 stone , after a year and a half I'm down to 13 stone . Now Im stuck at 13 and can't get rid of my last bit of weight . I try stick to 1500 calories a day like the app tells me , I cheat on a Saturday. And I jog maybe 1-2 times a week . I work all day so I'm always on my feet and I don't drink alcohol so what's the problem?

    How tall ? Your diary isn't open so we can't see - how big is the "cheat" on Saturday ?

    The long and short of it is if you aren't losing weight over a sustained period then you aren't consuming a calorie deficit over a sustained period.

    Your goals are a personal decision but assuming you're of average height and build you're most probably already in a healthy weight range, do you really need to go down to 11st?

    I'm 6ft and when I leaned out to 11 and a half stone from nearly 17 and before concentrating on proper body composition I looked terrible.

    I imagine 1500 calories (if this is accurate) is completely horrific when you're jogging and active at work.
