Granola with raisens and yoghurt atm, however I love cereal bars even though they are packed with sodium.. the chocolatey ones like Alpen Coconut and Choc - sadly ontop on the sodium they also don't fill me up much

I find that I log my breakfast just before or during eating it, my dinner at work just before I eat it on my mobile and my tea on my pc before I eat it. Any additional snacks I add straight away or within a few hours in the day. It all becomes a habit, or at least it has to me - I do it without thinking often. Having a…

They always put the Doritos on the end of the isles in Morrissons as well :/ I hate it when I'm craving, usually avoid supermarkets completely. Well done :)

Oh yeah, and when I started level one my muscles killed for the first like 3 days, then got better and after a week were completely better and have been ever since - even when I moved up a level. I guess it was the shock of it, I'v never done anything like it before.

I'v been using it but going through the levels very slowly (20 days on each level instead of 10), I often do the first two levels one after the other. I do take the odd day off and haven't worked up the courage for level three since this is the first exercise dvd I'v ever done and I don't want to put myself off (baby…

Yeah just in controlled amounts, and not even healthy ones :P

I banned myself from certain foods - I know this is a lifestyle change but I felt I needed to with one or two items; as well as take outs. I also don't like missing more than one or two days max of working out a week.

Isn't the point of the diary being honest with yourself? so no I miss absolutely nothing. However mines private.

Chuck them to get rid of temptation to fall back on them. Having said that, I'v kept a few tee shirts but I like wearing them baggy.

I don't understand why you can't bring a sandwich tbh.. sounds like they are trying to get a captive audience. Are there any healthier food places around near where you work?

For level 1 I burn about 150-180 average, for level 2 I burn 170-200 average. I use a Polar FT4 HRM.

Seafood, all of it..

Carbonara, Crabbies Alcoholic Ginger Beer, Starbucks Fraps - I let myself have them in moderation on weekends sometimes.

For a while I thought 'ah well its just a gimmicky idea , if people are going to eat this crap then they would anyway elsewhere', and then I saw the 350 pounds and over eat free part.. if that's true then it really is appalling.
-
I agree with two things especially muffins and carrot cake - especially in carrot cake, its shocking

Swap it for somewhere with some lower calorie options maybe? Pizza Express has 500 calorie pizzas with a hole of salad - I love them. Although they are more expensive if you search online you can usually find vouchers for a fair bit of money off.

:o

I agree with this

You can actually spend longer on each level if you prefer, I'm a coward so did 20 on each level - on level 2 now
-
I haven't taken before and after pics but the weight is definitely coming off by at least 2 pounds a week, before I started my weight was at a stand still
-
My eating isn't the problem when I have a cold - its the exercise. I reduced my exercise.
-
I usually log before or if not after eating
-
I was 190 at the start and though its not loose skin I have stretch marks on my thighs (my biggest problem area) even after being half way to my goal - hoping they go on their own
-
Ah I get what you mean then, fair enough

sarah micheele gellar was very pretty in buffy

If your always hungry maybe you do need to eat more - I follow calorie guidelines on this site and am far from always hungry
-
Mayo, Thousand Island Dressing, Ranch - basically all the fatty and creamy ones :P
-
I get rid of all of the bigger clothing pretty much - don't want there to be any way for me to not be very bothered about gaining the weight back
