I weighed today and i was down to 185.5!! That's 1.5 pounds from two days ago. I know weight fluctuates, but I'm on a downhill spiral, so i'm excited. I'm up for this challenge! I had a goal for one pound a week, so this is close! Weigh in for me: June 21st: 187 lbs---goal for July 21st: 182 lbs. :bigsmile:

First day! I started the "3 Weeks to a 30 minute Running Habit". Day 1- Warm up/cool down-20 min Run 1 min/Walk 1 min x 10 Made it through it! I get to do the same thing tomorrow:) Hopefully by the middle of July, I'll be running for 30 minutes straight! :bigsmile:

Is it too late to join? I've been doing really good on the eating, but tend to slack off on the exercise. I try to walk 2-3 times a week for an hour, but it would help me alot to be accountable to someone else! How does this work? When do you post?

It's been a while since I've posted on here. I am still trying to lose, and have changed my eating habits. My exercise is becoming more of a habit too, so I think I will be losing what I need to.

same here. I don't freak out if I gain a half pound or stay the same, because I know I am building muscle, which weighs more...I just weigh to give me an idea if I'm on track or not. I wouldl ike to join this group since I "started" MFP the middle of July. I have lost 10 pounds so far, with 50 to go. It helps to stay motivated to read other stories and get tips on what people are doing.
