  • I have switched to diet pop and stopped eating the baked goods at Starbucks. Their low fat items that I thought were healthy (not so much). I don't like diet coke, but I have found diet dr. Pepper original and the cherry are pretty good:)
  • Go ahead and add me. The 1200 isn't enough for me, so I exercise and get more calories. Good Luck to you:smile:
  • The comments that really bother me are "you don't look that bad" or your not that fat. It isn't a compliment.

  • Feel free to add me. Weight loss is hard work, but you can do it. Just set small goals for yourself at first and then reward yourself when you reach them.
