This is probably a little late for most of you, but for today's Tabata workout I am using a free online Tabata timer rather than pay for an app (http://www.tabatatimer.com). Maybe will be useful for future workouts?

I love this idea! I definitely need some help. I am really struggling-- I want to lose at least 30 lbs and I can't seem to do what I need to do to achieve that. Night time is hard. I've never been this fat and it is NOT OKAY. Let's do ittttt
