This sounds like a really good idea - it's something along the lines of what I was thinking. Like I said, not starving myself, but just keeping it fresh and low-calorie for a few days.

Try smaller goals every week or two. I tried adding more exercise first, then changing my diet a little, and then will try to add more fruits and vegetables. But not all at once. Good luck!
