I know it's possible to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. I lost 4% fat and gained 3% muscle while losing 5 lb. in one month (that was two months ago). I just thought 7% fat loss seemed a little much for one month.

Having someone supportive of what you're doing is also a good thing so when you do mess up they can tell you that you shouldn't do that. At least it works for me because then I feel guilty.

When I have cravings for something that is unhealthy I limit myself to a small amount of it every 4 days or more depending on the craving.
