Body Fat Percentage
Is it possible to lose 7% body fat in one month? My scale doesn't tell me skeletal muscle % but I do have access to a scale that does and will use it tomorrow. I've only lost 5 lb. this month but I am smaller so I'm assuming it's muscle gain.

Weight Loss Help!
I have been exercising and watching my calorie intake since the end of March and lost 19 lb. during that time. About a week ago my weight loss came to a halt despite exercising (a bit more intense) and still watching calories. What should I do to get it going again because now I am only maintaining my weight?

Going over your protein intake on your daily food diary?
Is it bad to get more protein than you need? I am at 0 left for the day but still have 141 calories left for the day with 9 carbs and 8 fat. I am on a 1200 calorie diet.

How much did you lose in 3 weeks?
I need some motivation! Ah, I have started back up on my exercise and calorie counting today and I'm not in as bad of shape as I thought I was but I still need some motivation. Do you think it's possible to lose 8 lb. in 3 weeks?
