I'm on week 6 of stronglifts, I'm enjoying it but I don't know if you have a squat rack and necessary free weights at your gym.

Squats, dips, push ups, decline pushups, inverted rows if there is room under the desk. Planks, all kinds of planks. Leg lifts under the desk. If only I had a pullup bar i'd never leave the cube.

I have been using this site for bodyweight only strength training workouts where I can find them. Is this challenge bodyweight only? and if so is it more on the strength training side or hiit cardio?
