  • I did it! Ran at a snail's pace and had a really good stretch afterword. My legs actually feel BETTER than they did this morning. Woot woot!
  • Drinking water isn't such a big deal for me. But oh my goodness, I'm having to "go" all the time. I'm getting about 6 cups a day. I'm afraid to ramp it up to 8. Am I over hydrated?
