My advice is to find out what your body fat percentage is. If your below the healthy range for we on then that could be causing this problem.

I jog outside because I dont have a tredmil. To me after running on my street Ive had pains in one of my legs because the ground is not flat and is tilted a little. So what I'm saying is to avoid injury run on that tredmil baby!

It's a great program I finish my seventh week tomorrow using my iPhone. If you start this program I suggest using the app associated with a smart phone and have good running shoes.

SW 210 GW 190 I'm hoping I can lose twenty pounds by christmas. The only thing I'm going to do differently once this challenge starts is only weigh myself on the days I'm supposed to so I will not get discouraged. If anyone would like to add me that would be Awesome!

I had the same problems but i got advice from a friend in track. He said it could be the shoes and not stretching properly. One exersize he said to do is called the ABC where you wright out the ABC with your feet in the air. Ive been doing ot one leg at a time and things have gotten loads better also if that doesnt help…

I'm Carolene and i have a four and two year old boy which is alot of work but keeps me going. I gained 80 lbs with my pregnancies do to my thyroid disease. Now ive only lost 20lbs of that 80lbs and I'm also looking other that are moms losing the baby fat and then some.
