Don't be afraid of free weights! The biggest risk comes from dropping them on yourself, lol. As long as you're smart about it, there isn't much to worry about. Machines on the other hand can throw off your muscular balance by only working main muscles, not stabilizing muscles.

Lol, I was just about to respond to that. I'm pretty sure the earth doesn't gain and lose mass like we do throughout the day :P From the start of the day to the end of the day I think I sway about 3-4 pounds, it's what's in your digestive system and the water you drank, not the laws of physics changing themselves :P

I have a digital scale and it does the same thing. I keep it on the same place on the floor, and three times stepping on can get three different results. When it starts it shows a 0 pound weight (before I step on) so it seems calibrated to that at least, but stepping on it seems to have a 3 or so pound error margin, which…

As long as you're under your calories I don't see why going a bit over your protein would matter. Probably even a good thing if it means less calories from carbs.

Why would the the site ditch the majority of its user base for the minority that might want to count those things like you? I actually deliberately stopped drinking juice, odd exception aside, and I LOVE fruit juice. Can't be bothered to pull up the study right now but if you look there is one that shows that your body doesn't calculate any liquid calories into how much food you need. Eat fruit instead.
