So when I graduated from high school 32 years ago I was 5' 6" and 123 - I currently weight 128 - Not too bad - one child and a lifetime of healthy food choices and working out regularly. It has not always been easy. I have to work at it. I just always strive to stay healthy.

Well...thanks to my wonderful husband who suggested putting the dvd in the blueray player (we have both hook-up) it worked perfectly - go figure. Well he also cleaned it, probably better than I did. So I had a great workout and no stopping!!! Loving the workout.. I like switching it up.
