  • maybe a smoothie or protein drink, I find it easier to drink calories than eat them when its hot:smile:
  • Unless you are already at 1200 cals (minimum) then it doesnt readjust:smile: At least it didnt mine.
  • Same old question - are you eating your exercise calories back? If you need more information about that use the search function:smile:
  • I dont know about the soreness, but that is one AWESOME profile pic:smile:

  • Really 15g of fiber isnt much. Its fine to go over, just make sure you drink your water Im always over, sometimes over 30g depending what I eat and no ill effects:smile:
  • Iced fruit tea is delicious, especially the berry ones. Make double strength then pour over ice when it is steeped.
  • for me it just meant not logging food and exercise as I was so busy, had visitors, birthdays etc. asi already said wont be doing that again, its amazing how soon bad habits sneak back in when you arent watching:smile:
  • Be careful with that, I took a week off the end of May and put 1.4lbs back on. Not a lot I know, but still working to lose them again sigh....... Wont be doing that again any time soon:sad:

  • your base number of calories does not include exercise. You get to eat more when you exercise and eat your exercise calories back, so it doesnt matter what you enter under goals:smile:

  • Less boobs - they get in the way lol
  • I find it helpful to save some calories for a healthy snack, if I know I can have a snack its easier to stop the "tasting etc" whilst I cook. It doesnt matter when you eat the calories from a weight loss point of view its how many you eat that counts. Good luck with the munchies, they do go away after a while

  • Decide when you get to 150lbs. If you feel good then stop, if you want to lose a bit more then go ahead.
  • We dont get the same stuff in Canada either:sad:
  • Theres lots of games to chose from so youre sure to find some that you like. I use the gentler ones as a warm up (snowball throwing, etc) before I do the more vigorous ones. Wii fit plus also gives some idea of cals burnt and as it has your weight I guess its pretty accurate:smile:

  • what i do in these circumstances is make the recipe up then divide it up into what I think is a serving size then go back to the recipe and enter how many servings. This one makes approx 20ozs, so maybe 4 servings? You can also go back into recipes to change the serving size afterwards as well:smile:
  • Maybe some food that is healthy that you cant usually afford e.g starfruit, blackberries, scallops etc.
  • You dont need a picture of mine cos he looks just like yours (although maybe a bit bigger) lol

  • Id just like to mention that the almond milk we get in Canada has only 30% daily requirement whereas the stuff I get in Calif when we are down there has 45%. I was soooo dissappoined when I found that out as I need all the calcium I can get:ohwell: Although I do like it the best, unsweetened vanilla flavoured:smile:
