I think the worst thing I tried was adding wheat germ to orange juice. I thought it would dissolve, but turned out gooey and gross! I also loathe the taste and texture of sour cream and cream cheese!

Great info! I use a walking DVD on days that I don't run and that is what I started with before running! Any movement is good movement - find your groove and it will get easier and you will get stronger in time!
