  • I just went to the fair yesterday...I'm proud to say I did not stray from my low-carb plan! I ate a big protein-filled meal beforehand and had a chicken skewer at the food court. I brought my own almond fruit bar for "dessert" for when my friends were eating funnel cakes-- they laughed at me but that's okay :)

  • I think I've eaten scrambles eggs with veggies and meat for lunch every day for like two weeks, haha. Actually it's more like scrambled veggies with eggs...:) It's very filling, I recommend it.
  • Crackers are good, but they have flour, which is high carb and not-so-great for you. I like brown rice crackers and sweet potato pop cips. Pop chis are made with potatoes but they're popped not fried, so they're better for you :D Bean dip is good too. Sweet potato pop chips+ bean dip= mmmmm
