There's a difference between the carbs in Cheerios and blueberries. Cheerios are empty calories. I would suggest eggs and bacon for breakfast 0 carbs and quite filling.

Thanks. I love broccoli so I am trying to up that. Great fiber too. Yes I am avoiding what I naturally consider carbs like the aforementioned potatoes and bread etc.

I do 16:8 but we are usually done with dinner by 4 so no biggy. Takes a while to not get an evening snack.

We love cheese in my house except the 6yo. But she eats like a bird, a bird that doesn't eat cheese that is. She even takes it off her pizza! Very strange child of mine. :smile:

Feel better we just got through the cold but my 7mo still has a runny nose and she's not happy when I wipe her nose. I am loving my fudge.
