26 from Melbourne. Just graduated a business degree but been working full time for years. I’ve been on MFP for over a year but recently joined a gym and been logging seriously again for the last few months. I log regularly (and honestly!) would love like-minded buddies!

I'm doing Dry July also and found it surprisingly easy thus far! I really enjoy a drink on the weekend and set aside time to earn my "wine" calories through the day on Saturday. I start the Michelle Bridges Body Transformaiton in a few weeks so am hoping to not drink throughout those 12 weeks too but I doubt i'll be fully…

I am exactly the same, totally addicted to Sugar Free V! ..it’s all I think about on the drive into work and I have one every day, I even get headaches if I don’t have one. I try to convince myself that it’s not that bad if I drink a lot of water through the day, but I know it’s not good for me. But for only a few calories…

I once read it takes 4 weeks for you to notice, 8 weeks for friends to notice, and 12 weeks for everyone else to notice and for me this was true to the day!

I work full time, and study part time at Victoria University. On my second last semester - will be soooo glad when it's over!
