Mines open! I aim for 1300 on most days, but am more relaxed on the weekend. My goals are to eat clean and low carb 85% of the time. However I am currently doing the HCG diet so my calories are temporarily low for now.

Mine is open. I'm from Australia and aim for 1200 - 1400 cals per day (although I focus more on my weekly average) and my macros are set to 5/65/30 (C/F/P) :)

I aim for between below 30 net carbs a day, and set my macros at 5% C, 65% F, 30% P. I had success last year on low carb but went off the rails in November and December due to wedding, honeymoon, festive season etc. So from starting again on the 5th i'm down 2.7kg (6 pounds).
