I feel you have o allow yourself a treat a week. whether it be fast food, candy etcc. I allow myself a day, usually saturdays) to each what i want. it curves the cravings, and actually subcounciously u tend to eat ok anyway.

Well I surprised myself (being i went out sat night and well, drank a little too much) lol. I lost 2.2 lbs this past week. To those that didnt lose an weight don't be hard on yourself.
