Hiked with my sons - it was a cloudy day of drizzle, rock hunting, a challenging hill or two and just getting out of the house...thankful that we can do that

  • Forgot to report in...it's early - but I'm confident in saying yes x's 3. Went and ran around in the snow for 4,000 steps (had to drive an hour with kiddos to get to it - but I was determined..I call it snow therapy, lol). Way under calorie - so that's good. Going to aim for a full night of sleep. We'll see how it goes.
