hey is it possible to incorporate the gym exercises with the video/web exercises(combo). i will be doing day 6 in a few im considerin moving to level 2 on monday cuz im finding myself gettin a lil bored n need to up my weights from 3 lbs to 5 lbs. what weights r u using?
