You just have to push through it. Try running on a decline rather than a flat or incline atleast until your lungs get used to being expanded. You will get there.

Never thought about that. Very good point. I like to drink a big glass of ice cold CocaCola and follow that with a couple of glasses of water, the remote and the TMC classic movie channel. Good luck! :drinker:

I can't stand the "mind your portions" advice. Everything is more than one portion even an apple or orange. Ugh!!!:grumble:

It sounds like your body had become accustomed to your current exercise and it has learned to maintain and retain what you have. So, now you will have to increase your incline on the treadmill or add some more weights to your strength training or jog/run rather than walk and increase the distance. Work your muscles outside…
