  • I agree a challenge is needed to regain focus (at least for me). How about a clean eating challenge. Foods with 5 ingredients or less. I am, however willing to at least TRY anything! LOL

  • I have actually been experimenting with different Whey Proteins and have not found the right fit, but not giving up. I'll find the one soon and yes, I like you suggestion of adding the power to a drink, so I'll definitely be incorporating that when I find a good mix. Maybe even adding it to a smoothie in the AM.   • Hello all! Happy to be part of the group. Like most here, this journey is not new to me, but hopefully this time it will be completed. My starting weight is 220.   • I stopped eating just prior to full, then drank water. Found I was satisfied with much less food! :-)
