Belly band has made underbelly kinds work for me so I imagine they will for you too =) Even at 30 weeks pregnant I still use my bella band for my few under-belly pants. ...and some non maternity stuff. Haha!
-
I can never get the underbelly ones to stay up without being too tight because jeans are heavy (and I have a butt, I swear!) so I do the overbelly or pair underbelly with a bella band.

I do drink a mug of caffeinated tea close to daily, but I try not to overdo it. Like any drug baby doesn't need it.

We will not be using anything. Theoretically I'm infertile and at my first OB every single visit they made a point to tell me how impossible this baby is - before we knew I had issues we had always wanted 3, so we decided if I get pregnant again, fantastic (although it took 4 years of unprotected sex, some of that with…

It's something to ask your doctor, but I think most count it from your starting weight, not your lowest weight. Mine did at least :)

How are you feeling now?

Brand really depends and varies on what kind of diaper you want to use - some people do use disposable liners but I didn't, in my mind they were just an added expense.
-
We used cloth diapers and wipes for my first from birth to potty and will be doing so this time. They weren't inconvenient, just a little bulkier in the diaper bag. Washing wasn't a big deal. Disposables are just way too expensive imo, even if you can afford them there are better things to spend money on, like nicer food,…

I did not use one the first time and regret it, because we could afford it then. My husband was ... he tried hard. But I needed someone to prompt him to support me, almost! This time we can't afford it, but I would in a heartbeat if I could.

Sometimes you don't even notice BH, and other times it feels like your entire tummy tightens up. I can trigger them if I over do it or don't drink enough water, or if I bend just the right way it's like my abs freak and my uterus goes "ZOMG PROTECT ZE BABY NAO!" They can be irritating but I didn't even really notice them…

Sounds like it went pretty well, but sorry you're sore! I think the one leg longer thing is pretty common but definitely funny to find out at 28!
-
Some airlines will cut you off and not let you fly that late, so you definitely need to check. But I know my paperwork with my OB said "Don't go out of state past 35 weeks" so at least my doc would say no - you'd have to ask your midwife for her thoughts. I think I'd be nervous though.
-
Thank you Kcasey - I do know it, it's just hard to see it jump so fast. I have stopped logging for now because logging was stressing me out; my redemption in weight loss has always been that I get out what I put in, calorically, and during pregnancy my body isn't following "the rules" - which is such a silly way to think…

Congratulations!

Baby generally gains 1/2lb a week at the end of pregnancy, so at almost 5 1/2 lbs your baby is on track to be around 7lbs if you go to 40w...sounds pretty normal to me, I'm not sure why they're sounding the alarm...especially if you were 36 weeks when you went for the u/s?
-
I felt fat my whole first trimester; it stunk! Even when I popped, around 13 weeks (second pregnancy, short torso - nowhere else for baby to go!) in the wrong clothes I just looked fat. It gets better, just keep hydrated - I think some of the swelling/bloating comes from dehydration from morning sickness. Water with a bit…

So glad it went well - yay baby!

Congratulations, was thinking of you! The weather was absolutely brutal, I definitely have to say the North Shore half even with the hills was a lot nicer for running because of the running - good job finishing despite the evil weather! I haven't run since my half, we hit growth spurts and I have been so so sore in my abs.…

You are awesome woman :) You have done SO amazing!

I had a lot of anxiety my first trimester due to a chemical pregnancy previously (even with a 3 year gap!). The first trimester is stressful anyway, and I think a lot of women have a lot of anxiety then. I have no advice, just commiseration, but I can say I'm currently 25+3 so it's going well :)
-
I had very little morning sickness my first trimester - pretty much nausea controlled by eating, wetn away by 10 weeks. At 25 weeks I find I get nauseous now if I eat too fast or go too long without eating or eat straight carbs without protein....oy vey tummy!
-
It will just depend how the baby grows even if your weight is stable; by 20 weeks I had gained no weight but was unmistakably pregnant because I am carrying this little guy straight out in front. You can't tell from the back I'm pregnant but I have the soccer ball look from the side.
-
Oh, I love both of those!
-
I am shocked you thought to weigh in at all - I was so tired after my daughter, haha! If you had fluids during labour they take time to flush out. The weight will go, mama, and congratulations!
