That's pretty! I feel like my hair isn't long enough or textured enough. My hair is stick straight and just past my shoulders. I'm afraid on my hair ombre would look like an accident and not an intentional thing lol

...simple. the way mama used to make it. Texas toast, butter spread on the entire area of the outside of the bread, good 'ol american singles, and the perfect brown on either side. ..served of course with tomato soup (with elbow noodles in it). Of all the things she makes, thats what I ask for when I visit home!

I think it was Denny's or another breakfast diner that offered a Grilled cheese sandwich...with mozzarella sticks on it.... Butter.Bread.Cheese.Breading.Cheese....with a side of fries.

These threads get so long, so fast! I plan on starting tomorrow. I have never finished it, but I have tried 3 or 4 times. I am MOH for my best friend's wedding ... in 30 days!! ...and my dress doesn't fit. I gained a little weight + the one I tried on in the store was probably stretched out from how much it had been tried…

1) MiO to flavor my water (I only enjoy plain water if it is during a hot day or a good workout) 2) Ziploc bags - Not food, obviously, but portioning out serving sizes of everything helps me when I'm running late and throwing together a lunch for work. If I didn't plan ahead and do that, I would leave myself no choice but…

My day off will probably change depending on what I have going on. It will probably fall during the week on mornings I don't want to get up extra early before class and work. :laugh:

I usually do each level for 10 days to make sure I get the full 30. I will be taking a rest day each week, though. So like I said at the top--it'll be 34ish days :tongue:

Oh I feel so much better..my post looked so sad and lonely there for awhile. The first 3 days are the hardest...but make sure you power through the soreness and keep it up!

30 Day Shred is a Jillian Michael's DVD with 3 levels--you do each for 10 days. I think I'll start out with 3lb weights because there seemed to be a lot of reps if I remember right. Once I feel like its not enough, I'll step up to 5. I am famous for my lack of upperbody strength!

Nice job on the self control! Everytime I pass up the drive-thru when I'm really hungry and short on time, I consider it a victory. All these little changes and good decisions really add up!

I printed a picture of Mila Kunis in a bikini (who makes my boyfriend audibly gasp), next to a picture of me in a swimsuit and posted it on the wall in front of my treadmill. He has zero complaints about me now, but still it reminds me of the reaction I'd like to get from him.

It definitely works different for different people. I wasn't losing for a long time and started eating my calories back and it finally started coming off again.

You exercise to burn fat and build strength. Sure, you can lose by just eating your calories and thats all, but then you'll be a saggy limp noodle. So, to build up your body and maintain a HEALTHY NET CALORIE CONSUMPTION...its best to eat them back

LIE ..say "oh no thank you I had a HUGE breakfast/lunch/dinner and I'm STUFFED" or if you have the willpower to do so..take one and as soon as they're gone, throw it out.

That is the most I would suggest to lose while staying healthy. Anything more than 2 pounds/week is not ideal.

I'm doing Jillian's Ripped in 30 and my HRM says I'm burning between 300-400, depending on how hard I push it that day. So depending on your height, weight, age, and gender...your HRM should be more accurate than MFP.

I can forgive a lot of my friends faults, having strange opinions, or being bratty. But wearing white to your WEDDING! AW NAW! At any rate, this is really a bummer and I'm still learning how to let those friendships go that are obviously toxic, and how to salvage those that are worth it. I finally spilled my heart out and…
