Been stalked, harassed and cyber-stalked by someone just trying to be malicious and annoying. It's sad that there are such disturbed individuals but it's kind of comical that someone apparently finds my normal, mundane life way more interesting than their own.

I love coffee and will not give it up but I try to limit myself to 3-4 cups a day with 1 tsp fat free half & half, 1 splenda, and 1/4 tsp sugar (to cut the aftertaste of the splenda). Considering I used to drink 5 to 6 cups a day with 2-3 tsp of sugar, this alternative works for me.

I log everything, every day, good or bad. Nothing is not "allowed". I am an adult and I am only accountable to myself. Tracking calories is just that... tracking calories. You can have, eat, drink anything you want, as long as you recognize that the outcome will be directly affected by the input.
-
When I first started, I weighed myself every day but only logged once a week, on Thursday mornings. Now that I'm in maintenance, I only weigh about once a week and log every other week.

Fantastic progress! Mine are in my profile, feel free to have a peek.

False, but I've surpassed my goal. Next person likes oatmeal.

What a great goal! You can do this. Sending a friend request.

However much I added to the pan, I include those calories in my recipe. Most of the calories come from the sugar, not the alcohol, so the difference after cooking is minimal. I make up for it by pouring myself a glass. :drinker:

If oatmeal is what you want, have oatmeal. I have breakfast for dinner all the time. Enjoy!

I drive my dream car and I love it... Audi A5. When I'm ready for something new, I will be getting a white one.

What a great feeling. Happy dance!

I would suggest just focusing on staying within your calorie goals for right now. Log everything you eat. I had no desire to exercise and thought that would hinder my progress but it absolutely didn't. After losing 30 lbs I found myself wanting to exercise to improve my overall fitness level and body composition. For me,…

I drink seltzer or unsweetened iced tea.

^^Definitely THIS! I want to lick the TV screen whenever Guy takes a bite of something. :blushing:

But I was coming here to bring you bacon. :ohwell:

I started noticing slight changes in the mirror and how my clothes fit at about 18-20 lbs. Although I still have days where I feel exactly the same as when I started.

Fantastic progress! Keep up the great work. :flowerforyou:

I think he looks like a Gunther. No special reason, just the first name that popped in my head when I saw the pics.

I wasn't expecting to ever like having my picture taken. These days i'm happy to smile for the camera instead of hiding behind the dog. I'm also cold all the time! Two pairs of socks, layers of shirts, and still constantly messing with the thermostat.

Wonderful progress...you look amazing! Keep up the great work.

I joined because I wanted to get a handle on how much I was really eating throughout the day. I work from home and realized that I was heading to the kitchen at every little pause in my day. I didn't add exercise until 3 months and 30 lbs later and while I do eat back my exercise calories, that's not why I do it. I…

Your hard work really shows! Such great progress.

Sending a friend request your way....as long as you're not offended by the bacon and wine in my diary, which I have no plans of changing. I'm working my way into maintenance mode now but dedicated to logging every day and being supportive to my friends.
