  • True true. Even 80 minutes of sleep loss has shown to increase calorie intake by 550 calories...PER DAY. I get this all the time--when I lose sleep, my appetite is insatiable and all I want to eat are carbs.
  • For sure. I try to eat clean food within my calorie goal, but one day a week I allow myself to go over by a hundred calories or so. I used to get out of control because I was denying myself those treats that I love, but now I can have what I want in moderation and not lose my head.
  • Lose my last 18 pounds (for good!) by labor day. I think I can do it!
  • Okay, so I see this thread is a few months old, but I am obsessed with the 400 calorie fix book. My husband loves it too because the meals are tasty and filling. Eating dinner on a diet is much less depressing when you can eat the same food the rest of your family does.
