Seriously? Sugar... one of the main contributers to belly fat,you will rarely find someone with beautiful ABS consuming high quantities of sugar daily,added/fruits/ect. As for carbs,good carbs are needed but bad carbs will cause unwanted effects on the body in most cases.

I seem to push every workout until my workout areas fell like wet noodles and I feel it the next day for sure, maybe push yourself each rep til fail and repeat reps with 1 - 2 min rest between for mote recovery to be able to push mote reps again ,I do this and it work better for me than the classic 30 sec break…

I agree super sayain that push up lol ,it takes serious core strength but I've gone from doing 2 - 6 in two weeks I've found a lot of core,ab,and isometric holds have given me more strength to do them a little easier but still hurts at six!

I'm up to six ,that's it can't do anymore than that put a lot of strain on my lower back,but I'm happy to be able to do six!

I prefer strength before cardio but to each their own,I workout pretty hard everyday but its not uncommon to twice a day it,serious athletes all day or half a day straight it so I never thought of twice a day to be anything considered overdoing it..but keep up the great persistence it will only do you good...
