What would anybody recommend for someone with history of ED and the notion of gain sends me into cold aweats?

Because i have history of ED I have been logging for a long time and one day after a gain i decided to cut down on the crap! Surely creating the 3500 defecit through exercise is enough for 1lb a week but the food defecit increases that loss?

I use an app called DB tracker, eaten 1410 cals and burned 564.....is that where im going wrong?! This is beyond confusing to me i thought eat less, move more was the simple math!
