SPRITE ZERO IS GOOD TOO

I have the same issue because I do taekwondo. The ligaments snapping across the bones. Its called Dancers Hips or snapping hip syndrome. It can be painful, if you overwork yourself. I have never had the weight bearing issue though.

the link to neuro problems in asian men from long term use did it for me. I read alot about soy awhile back as I was changing my diet. I would never eat soy as a habit, as a man the side effects are far too great a risk.

I just use kikkoman less sodium.
-
lard

I would. I had a splitting headache all day today(hate takin' pills for that). I still went to taekwondo and sparred and worked out. If you can do it when it sucks, you can motivate yourself on a healthy day, No Problem.

Don't sweat it, just do the right thing tommorrow. Also, I would log it. It lets you see the spikes in your nutrition chart and you can make sure that your "planned binge days" are few and far between. I do it on purpose. Sunday I had brunch with friends and went about 1500 calories over my daily allowance.

Yeah That.

You really just need to reduce over all body fat to make it smaller. Trying to remove fat from just your abs is not going to work. You can make you ab muscles bigger, and it makes it look somewhat better, but the fat is still there. Trying to reduce my abdominal fat myself.(both kinds)

the rice will kill you if you eat too much. The rice I use has more calories than the basmati I use for everyday recipes.

just wait,...soon they will be to big. And you'll be buying new ones.

I use applesauce and they come out fine. I just use it for my kids, they suck up to many calories for me period. But they are good.

You should be proud. I have bad days too, but as long as you keep at it, thats what counts. Just hit 50 down this week. Six more pounds and I'll be in the healthy catagory.

Support should be positive. Not negative. He must have a big ego...to think that is good motivation for you. It would make many women want to spite him.
-
I would eat something. Waiting hours is not a good idea. After waking it has already been hours since you ate. Your body needs it.
-
Do you keep track of sodium? It can make a big difference in weight. That and to much protein. Can make you retain weight.
-
Bootcamp and weight loss yoga are what I use. I also use the wii dance pad and take taekwondo.

got the biggest loser one from bb&b for 20.
-
As I lose I get more energy, so it just kinda works out.
-
My wife does it and loves it. I do taekwondo instead.

Sodium?

Ok. It is okay to tell her, without being a jerk, that it will not help with her end goal. It is also ok to tell her, if she wants it, to make room in her calories or exercise the sweets out. It is also ok to endulge. WHAT IS JUST PLAIN NOT RIGHT, is demanding anything of your better half. We are adilts and we do what we…

I've got a 10 year old girl, 4 and almost 2 year old boys. My wife works nights as a nurse, and yeah you would think it would be enough just chasing the kids. But by sticking out a 1450 diet(keeping track of everything) and exercising more. I started taking taekwondo with my daughter before I see my wife losing and started…

Sodium is also my weak point and make sure to watch calcium if you can, until you know you get about 130% of RDA.
-
Keep track of your food(all of it). You will be amazed at how many calories you may be eating. Use a food scale,... trust me.
-
You must be ready for a lifestyle change. If you are, it will all fall into place. Just start..., measure your intake (with a scale, it is a must). I have the biggest loser scale from bb&b. Don't eat anything without putting into your food list. And trust me the pounds will start falling off. You will feel better, then…
