Anyone know what I could eat tonight up to 250 calories that has no carbs and no protein? I'm out of both.

IMO the protein levels are too low on here. I only watch my total calories, carbs and fats. I think several people would agree that you could have more protein.
  • lard
  • Lean protein and veggies. They have carbs but are better for you than processed carbs from bread pasta ect. If you go over a little on protien it won't hurt you.

when that happens to me I eat nuts...I think it's the best choice.

Oh and you can change the amount of protein for your daily goal by swiching to "custom" goal instead of "guided". I have mine set to 40/40/20 because that's what keeps me satiated...plus if you're athletic you'll need that extra protein.
  • When I'm having a hungry day, one of my favorite filler-uppers is fresh veggie soup.

A couple of cups of water, 2 tsp. powdered chicken bouillion and lots of non-starchy veggies such as a little onion, celery, zucchini, kale, spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Season with garlic powder, basil, oregano, thyme, and parsley. Simmer to your preferred level of veggie doneness.

Get some light exercise in so that you can have more allowance on your calories, carbs and protein.
And yes protein allowance on here is very low I agree.

Personally, I don't pay too much attention to the allocations, although I try to not go over by 200% or something silly. As long as I'm within goal on my overall calories, I'm happy. I'm on 40/30/30 and it feels very comfortable to me.
