  • Yes, on the shaking up the metabolism. that is why i feel it is ok to treat once a week. i eat EXTREMELY healthy all the time... nothing processed, all organic, etc. so even the treat days are healthy, just more of the fatty stuff than I would normally do.   • i hate the chair squats with the v raises. i can do all of them but it HURTS!!! i will move onto level 3 soon, but i like feeling like i have mastered level 2 first. =) good work ladies!
  • thanks for the great ideas! I live about 25 minutes out of town so I do a "town day" with errands. Have to eat out that day, because I would starve otherwise! A lot of it is just about thinking it through ahead of time. THanks! =)

  • well, it does not do your lost cat any good for you to not take care of yourself! maybe dedicate your workouts- the energy generated- to your cat's moving into the next realm with ease and grace, saying goodbye, etc. the energy we create when working out can fuel intentions quite nicely. <3

  • deciding whether to take a rest today... the 1.5 hour mountain hike really pooped me out after 3 days of shredding! will look at the shred recomendations someone posted from Jillian and decide... i can feel the changes in my body, feeling stronger. =)
