Feast days
We did our Samhain and full moon ritual last night all together. I tend to consider ritual days "feast days" and eat kinda whatever i want. from what i have learned about weight loss, it is good to do that once a week or so anyway so your body does not go into starvation mode. what are other people's experiences with this?…

Healthiest way to eat out... what are your tricks?
I've been noticing every time I go out I go over on calories. Fried tofu and coconut curry at the thai place= too much fat. fish tacos at the mexican place. fried again but a little bit better. wondering what your tricks are for keeping the cals down when you eat out. a break
might be taking a break today. i felt like I was getting a sore throat yesterday. got some occilococum, and I actually feel ok today, but figured it is a good idea to rest for the day to make sure I do not get sick. =P Then back to it tomorrow, i hope! =)

Hey all, I see that there are more than one person reporting aches and pains. I am just going to say I highly recommend increased stretching, right after the workout when you are warm when you can. stretching the hips and It band can help with back pain. i had a physical therapist at one point who said you have to stretch…

looking for raw foodists to talk with/ friend
Hey! new here. have been finding that i need to make some adjustments to my raw food diet (ie, nut protein is very fatty!) and would love to see what other raw food folks are doing to make things work diet wise. i'm not vegan.... i do sushi. =)
